Employment & Labor Law
D&W Law represents individuals and companies concerning age, race, sex, and disability discrimination charges and prosecutes and defends discrimination charges with the U S Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (“EEOC”), the correlated state agencies, and in federal and state courts.

Commercial Transactions Law

Construction Litigation
D&W Law’s attorneys are experienced in handling construction defect lawsuits. We routinely assist client with obtaining the approved plans and other key development records from local municipalities and/or developers, identify and pursue all potentially responsible parties, engage in discovery involving hundreds of thousands of documents and scores of parties and witnesses, as well as extensive mediation, arbitration, and negotiation.
Whether a newly-constructed condominium and homeowners’ association or renovated and rehabilitated conversion, defects in the design and construction are common. Too often, community association boards spend substantial time, effort, and expense negotiating with developers to remedy such defects or are required to pay the association the necessary funds to make the necessary repairs. Our approach is to seek out meaningful resolution for such construction defect disputes, without incurring the significant time and expense of suing the developer and other responsible parties.
At D&W Law, our paramount goal is to resolve such claims without resorting to litigation. Even so, when litigation is unavoidable in order to protect our clients’ interests, we will act aggressively to safeguard our clients’ rights and pursue our clients’ claims through litigation.
