Robert D. Warrington is a Founding Partner of D&W Law and has extensive experience in the areas of estate planning, estate administration, and counseling. Robert also specializes in small bank lending and real estate transactions.

Robert is highly experienced working with the legal problems of aging individuals and those with disabilities. Robert advises seniors, individuals with special needs and their families with issues pertaining to complex estate and tax planning, asset preservation, eligibility for means tested government benefits, fiduciary appointments and representation and advocacy. Robert has long been a trusted adviser to individuals and families regarding financial matters.

Mr. Warrington’s prior experience includes being Director of Legal and Financial affairs for a start up telecommunications carrier in the Atlanta metropolitan area, where he was responsible for handling the financial and legal matters (including the preparation and execution of commercial office space rental agreements) for a $45 million dollar start up venture; and 25 years at premier telecommunications corporations where, in various capacities, he participated in the historic restructuring of the telecommunications industry, the evolution of the local exchange carrier’s research and engineering function from a consortium controlled cost center to a market driven profit and loss center, and the development of an international telecommunications consulting practice.

In addition to graduating from Rutgers Law School - Newark, Mr. Warrington also holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Columbia University, a Bachelor’s of Arts from Lincoln University, and is a certified professional coach who focuses on leadership development.
